KHP arrests sex offender wanted for attack on SW Kan. woman

FORD COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities investigating an alleged violent attack on a woman have made an arrest.

After asking the public for help to locate 29-year-old Jordan Ray Biccum, Dodge City police reported Thursday afternoon the Kansas Highway Patrol located him in  Kiowa County 

He is a suspect in an alleged Aggravated Battery Domestic Violence case Wednesday in the 2500 block of East Wyatt Earp Boulevard in Dodge City, according to a media release from police. According to police a 35-year-old Dodge City woman was injured during the incident.

Biccum is being held on requested charges in connection with the alleged assault, according to police.

He is a suspect in an alleged Aggravated Battery Domestic Violence case Wednesday in the 2500 block of East Wyatt Earp Boulevard in Dodge City, according to a media release from police.

According to police a 35-year-old Dodge City woman was injured during this incident.

Biccum is described as 5-foot-10, 240 pounds and was last seen driving a 2020 white Dodge Ram with unknown Kansas plates.

He may be working in the area for a custom cutter. Biccum has an active warrant out of Amarillo, Texas for assault, and is also a registered sex offender, according to police. If you see Biccum, do not approach him and call 911 immediately.
