Current fifth- and sixth-grade students interested in attending Thomas More Prep-Marian Junior High are invited to a fun and informational morning to learn about the school and meet students and teachers.

Families can select Jan. 8 or Jan. 15. Both days will include the same program and have students from fifth-eighth grades in attendance.

Any students in Ellis County or surrounding counties are welcome to attend. There is no commitment by attending.

Families can pick the most convenient date and elect to transport their own child, or transportation can be provided directly back to the current school at no cost, even for out-of-town children.

Here is what students will experience:

  1. Welcome starts at 8 a.m.
  2. Students participate in interactive activities from 9-11 a.m.
  3. Activities include 3D printing/router demonstration, history activity using technology, tour the chapel and campus, learn about TMP-M traditions, games in the gym, and much more.
  4. Students eat lunch at the school and are released at noon to return home or to their current school.
  5. Intimate student groups of 10-15 allow for meeting new people.

To sign up for a no obligation Monarch For a Day event, simply email the participating students' full name, grade, and the attending date to [email protected] or [email protected].

Sign up is not required for fifth-sixth grade students currently attending Holy Family Elementary in Hays.
