KANSAS CITY —One person died in an accident just before 5:30p.m. Wednesday in Kansas City, Missouri.
A Polaris UTV was driving the exterior of a business in the 3500 blk of Stadium Drive, according to KCPD Sergeant Phil DiMartino.
The driver was backing the UTV up and struck a short-raised concrete wall. The UTV overturned ejecting the driver and then the UTV fell on top of him. The passenger who was uninjured, responded to the business for help.
This is fatality #48 compared to #48 at this time last year, according to DiMartino.
