KANSAS CITY —Two people were hospitalized after a house fire Saturday in Kansas City, Missouri.
Just before 8:30a.m. Saturday, crews responded to a reported house fire in the 4400 block of Jarboe Street, according to Battalion Chief Michael Hopkins.
Crews reported fire showing on arrival. Two occupants were assisted out during searches of the structure. Both occupants were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
