Police ID body of Kan. man recovered from Tuttle Creek Lake

RILEY COUNTY —Body recovered from Tuttle Creek Lake Wednesday has been identified as Okheem Riley, 24, of Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department.

Just before 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Riley County Police Department Dispatch Center received a call from a citizen reporting a vehicle and clothes near a shoreline by the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Shady Lane in Riley County, according to a media release from RCPD.

When emergency crews responded they located identifying information for a 24-year-old Manhattan man, but were unable to locate an individual.
