SHAWNEE COUNTY– Law enforcement are investigating another deadly shooting in Topeka.
Just after 9:30p.m. Monday, police responded to the area of 13th and Western Avenue in Topeka, according to Police Lt. Edward Stanley.
First responders located one individual suffering from a gunshot wound. This individual was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police released no suspect information or reported an arrest.
This is the eighth homicide of 2024 in Topeka.
