RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged violent incident at a middle school in Manhattan.

Just after 11:15a.m. Wednesday, officers filed a report for battery and criminal damage to property at Susan B. Anthony Middle School,&nbsp;2501 Browning Avenue in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

&nbsp;A 33-year-old man, a 54-year-old woman and USD 383 reported an 11-year-old boy battered the two adults and broke an interior window of the building with a metal chair. 

The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.
