The Ellis County Health Department on Wednesday announced 10 new positive cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county since Monday.There are now 39 active cases and 97 total cases — <a href="https://hayspost.com/posts/313e8963-6312-45d5-960d-9605f464bab1">including one death</a> — since reporting began."Fifty percent of our new active cases are familial contacts of another positive that reside in the same home," the department said in a news release. "Ellis County is not isolating well inside the home.
