SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating a fatal crash involving two vehicles in Shawnee County on Sunday have identified the victim as 45-year-old&nbsp; Julie A. Tibbits of Topeka.

According to Deputy Abigail Christian, a southbound Dodge sedan with two occupants and a Buick SUV with four occupants collided at NE Kincaid Road and 62nd Street.&nbsp;

Tibbits was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to Deputy Christian. American Medical Response transported four others to a local hospital.&nbsp; The crash remains under investigation.
