DONIPHAN COUNTY —A Kansas man died in an accident just after 12:30a.m. Saturday in Doniphan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Cadillac CTS driven by Keith B. Terry, 62, Highland, was eastbound on 240th just south of Castleton Road and approximately one mile south of Highland.
The driver failed to negotiate the curve. The Cadillac traveled off the roadway onto the right shoulder. When the car came back onto the roadway, the driver overcorrected. The vehicle traveled off the roadway, over guardrail, down the embankment and rolled.
Terry was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Chapel Oaks. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
