Kan. driver doing donuts crashed into building, bathrooms

SALINE COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident early Friday in Saline County.

According to Saline County Sheriff, Roger Soldan a 2000 Saturn Vue driven by an 18-year-old woman was doing donuts in the parking lot of Kenwood Hall, 900 Greeley Avenue in Salina. The driver lost control of the SUV. It struck a dumpster and continued into the south wall of Kenwood Hall.

There were bathrooms in the area of where the crash happened which caused a flood in the building.

EMS transported a 17-year old female passenger to Salina Regional Health Center for a wrist injury. The 18-year old driver was cited for Reckless Driving. The sheriff's office released no additional details.
