TANEY COUNTY —A teen died in an accident just before 3p.m. Saturday at Table Rock Lake.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 16-year-old Sedalia, Misouri, boy and a 19-year-old Ozark, Missouri, man were riding Sea-Doo jet skis in Clevenger Cove near Hollister. The jet skis collided head-on. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:50p.m. The 19-year-old was not injured.
This was the first lake fatality of 2025 in Troop D, according to MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
