NEOSHO COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 7:30p.m. Sunday in Neosho County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Honda CRV driven by Jessie A. White, 26, Pittsburg, Kansas, was northbound on U.S. 59 two miles north of Kansas 47 highway.
The SUV left the roadway to the left and rolled. The SUV came to rest on the drivers side.
White was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Brenner Mortuary.
EMS transported a passenger Nienstedt, Casey A. Neinstedt, 36, Pittsburg, Kansas, to Labette Health. An 11-year-old passenger identified as Chloe Rowin was not injured. White was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
