KANOPOLIS STATE PARK - Sections of trails in Kanopolis State Park have been closed due to bald eagles nesting in the area, according to&nbsp;<a href="https://www.facebook.com/KanopolisStatePark/">Kanopolis State Park - Kansas Wildlife &amp; Parks</a> Facebook.

*BALD EAGLE NESTING AREAS ARE CLOSED*

A couple sections of trails have been closed for Bald Eagle Nesting.  The Split Boulder Trail will be closed through June 17th.  Trailhead "A" from Rockin K' to about Trailhead "B" will be closed until May 20th.  Signs are posted.  No horse, mountain bike, or foot traffic will be allowed in these areas at this time.
