WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating a deadly knife attack as 23-year-old Christopher Cook of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a statement from police.
Just after 7p.m. Thursday, police were dispatched to a residence in the 6500 Block of Kansas Avenue after a report of a stabbing.
First responders located Cook in the home suffering from apparent stab wounds. He was pronounced deceased on scene.
This incident remains under investigation by the KCKPD Major Case Unit. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477). All tips remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.There is nothing further to report at this time.
