BARTON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on sex charges. On June 8, police received a report of a sex offense involving a juvenile girl occurring at a residence located in Great Bend, according to a media release.
As officers and detectives began compiling additional details of the report, it was learned that multiple sex offenses were alleged to have occurred at the Great Bend home involving a 32-year-old man later identified as Dustin Bosack and juvenile girl.
During the course of this investigation, detailed information and evidence was compiled and multiple interviews were conducted which resulted in the probable cause arrest of Bosack.
He is being held without bond on requested charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a Child.
