SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fatal Sunday shooting and have identified the victim as  49-year-old Shay Prewitt of Wichita, according to officer Trevor Macy.

Just after 1:30 a.m., police responded to report of a shooting  in the 2200 block of S. Glendale in Wichita, according Macy.

Upon arrival, officers located Prewitt deceased from an apparent gunshot wound in the driveway, outside of a vehicle that was parked in the driveway.

Officers located two other shooting victims including a 14-year-old boy and a 36-year-old man. EMS transported  both to an area hospital for treatment of  non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Through the investigation, officers learned that a woman had asked Prewitt and the 36-year-old for help with another man, according to Macy. After they confronted the man, there was a disturbance between them, and a handgun was produced by one of the individuals which led to the shots being fired.

Police have not reported an arrest
