JOHNSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas robbery and have released details on a suspect.
Just before 8p.m. Tuesday, police were dispatched to the 1200 block of East Santa Fe Street in reference to a robbery that just occurred, according to Police Sergeant John Moncayo.
It was reported that an unknown suspect entered the business, obtained money from the register, then ran from the scene. A thorough neighborhood search was conducted with negative contact with the suspect.
The suspect was described as an adult white male with blue eyes, wearing a grey hoodie, black mask, black puffy coat, jeans and dark shoes. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise. No weapon was seen during this incident and no reported injuries.
