SALINA — A Salina teen was arrested on multiple requested charges that included theft and battery after an alleged incident Tuesday afternoon in central Salina.
Officers were sent to the 500 block of Sunset Drive for the report of a disturbance. When they arrived, they found Lucas Bolen, 18, Salina, being held down by two people, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning.
Donald Abbott, an employee of Callabresi Heating & Cooling, reported that he observed Bolen inside a 2012 Chevrolet G2500 van belonging to Callabresi. When Abbott confronted Bolen about being in the van, Bolen allegedly punched him in the face, Forrester said. Additionally, Bolen allegedly stole a $20 screwdriver from the van.
Bolen was arrested on requested charges of vehicle burglary, theft, and battery, Forrester said.
