FRANKLIN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a school bus accident that occurred just&nbsp;after 7a.m. Friday in Franklin County.

According to Ottawa Police, the USD 290 school bus with 11 students on board and driven by Stephen Arney, 38, Ottawa,&nbsp; turned onto the 100 block of west 12th Street, according to a media release.

The bus left the road and struck a tree.&nbsp; There were minor injuries reported. EMS did not transport anyone for treatment, according to police. Police cited Arney for inattentive driving.
