MANHATTAN—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged incident at a fast food restaurant in Manhattan.
Just after 2a.m. Sunday, officers filed a report for aggravated battery and aggravated assault in the 800 block of N. 4th Street in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman reported an unknown male suspect pulled a gun on the male victim as he walked by the suspect who was a passenger in a car in the McDonald's drive-thru line.
A separate male suspect driving the car hit the female victim in the leg with the car as it fled the area. The female victim refused treatment by EMS.
