DICKINSON COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 4p.m. Wednesday in Dickinson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Honda CR-V driven by Robert W. Huff, 85, Clarksburg, West Virginia, was eastbound on Interstate 70 approximately one mile west of Fair Road. The SUV veered off of the road, struck an embankment and rolled.
A passenger identified as Bonnie K. Huff, 81, Clarksburg, West Virginia, was pronounced dead at the scene. EMS transported the driver to Wesley Medical Center. Bonnie Huff was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
