Vernie's Hamburger House, 527 E. 17th, announced via social media the restaurant will temporarily close due to staffing concerns.
A voicemail message at Vernie's said the restaurant hopes to reopen Tuesday. Vernie's is traditionally closed Sundays and Mondays.
Taco Shop and Breathe Coffee House have also recently announced temporary closures.
