MANHATTAN —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged aggravated battery in Manhattan involving a skateboard.
Just before 6:30p.m. Wednesday, police filed a report for aggravated battery near the intersection of N. 5th Street and Leavenworth Street in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 53-year-old man reported an unknown male suspect hit him in the head multiple times with a skateboard.
The victim sustained injuries to his head but declined EMS.
