ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a woman on drug allegations.

Just after 6:30PM on Saturday an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle in a parking lot near 10th and U.S.59 for an alleged traffic violation, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. The driver of the vehicle, 56-year-old Kimberly Taylor, was found to be in possession of controlled substances.

Police arrested Taylor on requested charges of&nbsp; possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container, illegal use of tag and no driver’s license.&nbsp;
