 </figure>City of HaysThe next change in the North Vine Street reconstruction traffic configuration will occur on Tuesday.Northbound traffic on Vine Street will return to the east side of Vine Street in the area of the 32nd and 33rd Street intersections. &nbsp;Traffic will be one lane in each direction in the outside lanes allowing for work to continue in the center island and median areas.33rd Street will be reopened to access Vine Street with right-in/right-out access only. &nbsp;There will be no left turns allowed. &nbsp;<figure>
