GYPSUM  —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new charges after an arrest in Saline County.

Just after 8p.m Thursday, sheriff's deputies were sent to the rural Saline County community of Gypsum for a report that a gray 2005 Ford Focus that was reported to have been stolen in Wichita, according to Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan,

Deputies located the car in the 400 block of East Second Street and arrested Theodore Meadows, 44, of Gypsum, on the requested charge of possession of stolen property.
