Sheriff: Kansas teen caught transporting meth, marijuana

 JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a teen on drug allegations.

On December 10, a sheriff's deputy stopped a 1994 Toyota Celica for a traffic infraction near U.S. Hwy 75 and 158th Road in southern Jackson County, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

The driver, 18-year-old Thomas Jay Holcomb, of Hoyt was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
