HUTCHINSON— The Cosmosphere announced that former NASA Astronaut Nicole Stott will visit the space museum Thursday, June 16, for a public book signing from 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Stott is the author of Back to Earth: What Life in Space Taught Me About Our Home Planet and Our Mission to Protect It. Scott, who was a crewmember for the International Space Station and Space Shuttle missions, says the book presents problem-solving, survival, and crisis-response techniques readers can apply to protect the planet.
The visit by Stott is part of a partnership between the Cosmosphere and B&B Theatres. Stott will make weekend appearances at various B&B Theatres across the Kansas City metro area.
