RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect after a violent altercation in Manhattan.
Just before 1:30p.m. Saturday, officers filed a report for aggravated battery and domestic battery in Manhattan, according to the the Riley County Police Department activity report.
An 18-year-old woman and 21-year-old woman reported two suspects were in an altercation with them. A 21-year-old female suspect hit the 18-year-old victim in the head with a toaster.
Police arrested Lakesha Randolph, 21, of Manhattan on requested charges of aggravated battery. She is being held on a bond of $5,000, according to the RCPD.
