KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a bank robbery that occurred just before noon Wednesday at a U.S. Bank Branch, 6161 Northwest Barry Road in Kansas City.
According to the FBI in Kansas City, the suspect is described as a black male, potentially in his 30s, approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build.
He wore a black stocking cap/beanie, a surgical mask, a black hoodie and dark navy pants.
The suspect gave the teller a demand note. No weapons were displayed and no injuries were reported.
