FORT RILEY —Two soldiers are recovering from injuries in a helicopter crash that occurred on Tuesday at Fort Riley, according to Fort Riley Public Affairs Officer Jefferson Grimes.
The incident involved a Boeing AH-64 took place during Combat Aviation Brigade’s gunnery training.
The injured crew members are receiving the necessary medical treatment, according to Grimes. Their names have not been released..
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
