Just before 11:30 a.m. May 23, sheriff's deputies served a search warrant in rural Garden City, Missouri, according to a media release from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant was granted after an investigation into the theft of a vehicle on May 5. As a result, 39-year-old Jessie Fletcher of Garden City, Missouri, was arrested.
Fletcher is now charged with 1st Degree Tampering of a Vehicle (Class D Felony) and four counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Class C Felony).She’s currently being held at the Cass County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond. Garden City is approximately 45 minutes southeast of Kansas City.
