OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged drug distribution allegations.
Just after noon Monday, a sheriff’s investigator conducted a traffic stop Interstate 35 at the Kansas 31 South Waverly exit for a traffic violation, according to Sheriff Chris Wells. During the stop, the deputy found illegal narcotics.
The driver of the vehicle, Jason M. Monroe, 41, of Lake Delton, Wisconsin, was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
