KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Law enforcement authorities investigating a fatal shooting that took the life of a teenager in Kansas City, Kansas have identified the victim as 17-year-old JaMarcus D. Lane, according to a media release.
The shooting happened just after 2:30 p.m. on Friday in the 3100 block of W. Barker Circle.
Police were dispatched to the scene and and found the boy with gunshot wounds. Police have released no additional details or suspect information.
