CLAY COUNTY—Law enforcement investigating a shooting are asking for help to ID a suspect.
Just before 9p.m. June 29, police responded to report of a shooting in the 6300 Block of North Oak trafficway, according to a media release from Gladstone Police. First responders found two men with multiple gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to an area hospital where they remain in critical condition.
Police obtained security camera footage of a person of interest and are requesting the public's help to identify the suspect. He is described as a black male, 20-30 years old wearing a black t-shirt and 'USA' basketball shorts.
