
In this week's annual Eagle Radio sales conference, which was held virtually as a result of social distancing requirements, Eagle Radio of Hays was honored with the Lead Eagle Award — the highest team award the company presents.
The Lead Eagle Award goes to the market that shows continual improvement in utilizing their on-air broadcasting and digital marketing efforts to support their clients and communities.
"While 2020 was among the most challenging in each of our careers, I am proud of the team in Hays for working hard every day to connect readers and listeners with entertainment and information and local businesses with their customers," said Todd Lynd, Eagle Radio of Hays general manager. "We look forward to helping Hays and northwest Kansas thrive in 2021."
With 27 employees, Eagle Radio of Hays operates KAYS 1400 AM/94.3 FM, KHAZ 99 KZ Country 99.5 FM, KJLS Mix 103.3 FM, KKQY The Bull 101.9 FM and Hays Post.
