JACKSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas woman on drug charges after a traffic stop.
Just after 2:30p.m. February 27, a sheriff’s deputy stopped a 2017 Chevy Cruze near 174th and U.S. Hwy 75 for a traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
Further investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Amanda Dawn Monser, 45, of Horton, on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Monser is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
