GEARY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Thursday in Geary County.
The Kansas Highway Parol reported a 2019 Jeep Compass driven by Paul J, Pacholski, 32, Junction City, was westbound on Farnum Creek Road from U.S. 77. The Jeep struck a pole, a delineator post, traveled off the roadway and came to rest in Milford Lake.
EMS transported Pacholski to Stormont Vail. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP. The Geary County Sheriff's Office/Junction City Fire Department joint dive team recovered the submerged vehicle and the Farnum Creek Boat Ramp is once again open.
