ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a series of thefts in the city of Atchison and made an arrest.
On Monday, police tracked down and arrested 38-year-old Spenser S. Fitzpatrick of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Fitzpatrick is accused of a theft at Raven Liquor, 1800 Main; on a District Court warrant for theft at Dairy Queen that occurred on September 26; and a District Court warrant for theft at Dollar General that occurred on September 12. He remains jailed on a $4,500 bond, according to online jail records.
