FORD COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are making every effort to dispel an online rumor involving a baby being taken from the hospital in Dodge City.
According to the Dodge City Police Facebook page, they have no report of a baby taken from Western Plains Regional Hospital.
According to Garden City police, this has been circulating in Garden City public groups as well and probably has appeared in groups across the country - just another way to cause panic and scam people. Stay vigilant, everyone.
