According to court documents, Gavin Onuffer, 28, of Haysville pleaded guilty to one count of receipt of child pornography.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a cybertip concerning CSAM activity from an IP address connected to Onuffer’s home.  While executing a search warrant on Onuffer’s cellphone, law enforcement found CSAM images depicting prepubescent girls subjected to sexual conduct.  Evidence showed his wife sent him the images.

Addilynn Jean Onuffer, 22, of Haysville was sentenced to 160 months in prison after pleading guilty to distribution of child pornography, according to U.S. Dept. of Justice. “In her plea agreement, Addilynn said she sent her husband child sex abuse images simply because he wanted them,” said U.S. Attorney Ryan A. Kriegshauser.

The Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) and Wichita Police Department investigated the case.
