Sex offender, 2 others jailed after drug bust at Kansas home

SHAWNEE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspects after a drug bust at a Kansas home.

On Friday,  members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit and the Shawnee County Drug Task Force served a search warrant in the 600 Block SE Lafayette Street in Topeka related to an ongoing investigation, according to Lt. Jerry Monasmith.

Officers located methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm.

As a result, officers arrested 29-year-old Justin Iott-Still, 31-year-old Brandon Corber and 22-year-old Raven Zimmerman, all from Topeka, 

 Iott-Still is being held on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine with the intent of distribution, possession of marijuana with the intent of distribution, Possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent of distribution, Unlawful acquire proceeds from a drug transaction, Use of a communication facility in commission of a felony drug violation, Violation of offender registration act, Criminal possession of a weapon by a felon and Aggravated endangering a child; reckless situation. He has a previous conviction for aggravated indecent liberties, intercourse with a child 14-16 years of age, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections. He has been a registered sex offender since 2017.

 Corber in jailed on requested charges of Possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent of distribution, Aggravated endangering a child; reckless situation and Possession with intent to use simulated controlled substance.

Raven Zimmerman is jailed on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine with the intent of distribution, Possession of marijuana with the intent of distribution,  Possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent of distribution, Aggravated endangering a child; reckless situation.
