KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a series of homicides in Kansas City, Kansas.
Just after 11p.m. Friday, police responded to the area of 72nd and Splitlog Circle and found a man in his mid to late 30s in the backyard of a home, according to a media release. He had died from an apparent gunshot wound.
On Thursday, police reported investigating a fatal, early-morning shooting of a man in his 40s in the 1100 Block of Freeman Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. They also found two adults deceased in the Cambridge at River Oaks apartment during a welfare check.
Police have not reported an arrest in these cases.
