FINNEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a series of crimes and asking the public for help to locate 35-year-old Jose Santoyo, according to Garden City Police.
Santoyo is wanted in connection to a string of Motor Vehicle Thefts, Auto Burglaries, Storage Unit Burglaries, and various other property crimes in Southwest Kansas.
There are several outstanding warrants for his arrest including for meth possession, domestic battery, criminal damage and probation violation.
