WYANDOTTE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a deadly stabbing.
Just before 2p.m. Friday, police responded to report of a deceased individual in the 700 Block of Nebraska Avenue, according to a media release.
First responders found a woman in an apartment with apparent stab wounds. She was deceased. Police took a suspect into custody.
Police released no additional details.
