OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a registered Kansas offender on new alleged violations.
Just before 9a.m. May 15, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotic search warrant in the 1200 block of Laing Street in Osage City, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.
Shawna M. Valentine, 41, of Osage City was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Distribution of drug paraphernalia and Unlawful distribution of controlled substances using a communication facility.
She has previous convictions for heroin distribution and for violating the registered offender act. She has been listed as a registered drug offender since since September of 2016, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
