
PLATTE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating an alleged road rage shooting in a Kansas City suburb.
The shooting happened at approximately 9 a.m. Monday in Parkville, involving a Parkville Special Road District snowplow and a black SUV, according to a statement from the city.
Shots were fired during the incident in the Thousand Oaks subdivision, with no injuries reported. The SUV driver fled Parkville following the incident and was later located in Kansas City, Missouri. Sgt. Sean Allwood, Parkville detective interviewed the suspect, who admitted to firing the weapon.
Parkville Police Department did release the name of the suspect or the possible requested charges the suspect faces.
