RENO COUNTY —A Kansas man accused of child sex crimes has been charged in Reno County.
According to court filings, 30-year-old Anthony Oskar Krause of Hutchinson is alleged to have had sex with a child under the age of 14 on May 11, and to have committed aggravated indecent liberties with that same child on May 17.
Krause is also accused of soliciting the same child for the unlawful act on May 8, and to attempt to persuade the child to commit such an act on that same date.
The rape and indecent liberties counts as charged are off-grid felonies, potentially punishable by a hard 50 sentence, which would be a mandatory 50 years in prison.
Krause's next court appearance is November 30 and he is jailed on $325,000 bond
