HAMILTON COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 8a.m. Sunday in Hamilton County.
The. Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2024 Ram 2500 driven by Morgan Nikolai Stephens, 36, Burlington, Colorado, was traveling on Kansas 27 Highway just north of Road 15. The truck traveled onto the right shoulder and the driver overcorrected to the left. The vehicle spun clockwise into the ditch and rolled an undetermined amount of times.
Stephens was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to St. Catherine's. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the. KHP.
